We have 2 amphibious excavators which can assist and carry out work which would not be possible with standard excavators.
The excavators can track straight into ponds or watercourses and can work in silt or water up to 1200mm deep, however they can be equipped with extra pontoons with or without spud legs, this enables it to work on water up to 3.5 meters deep. The machines can work grabs , tree shears , flail mowers etc from in the water.
